Maybe he can give a speech to Haiti like he did South Africa, that they must be responsible and pull themselves up by their bootstraps and spot expecting handouts. Oh, and this new excise tax, his boy Guber says it's not a new tax, they're just rescinding the tax break. It was their money all along, and we shouldn't be expecting someone to just give us handouts either. Payup hoi polloi.
