I agree with Lizzy that the list of all those who have cheated the IRS by doing this should be published. Switzerland is not the only country that has profited from this. The Caymans and many other places have long been known for this practice. Those of us who are ethical and do pay up, continue to carry these cheats on our backs. It is time to turn the tables. Obviously, the reason for banking outside the U.S. is, for the most part, to avoid paying U.S. taxes. At some point, We the People deserve to know who the folks are who do not pay their share of taxes -- all of them. If one of them lives down the street, I want to know it -- just as much as I need to know who the predators are, I need to know who the tax evading scoundrels are. These people are the primary reason that lower and middle income working-class people have to pay out so much of their hard-earned income in taxes. We could stop wondering who will pay for "health care" if everybody paid his/her fair share into the pool. And if our corporations would stop planning and executing war for profit.
