Worst of all they bring the court case down the street from the Twin Towers. This is a trick to boost the support and moral the war; the American people and military soldiers. Note: The DOJ is drafting the rules of court, determining what the crimes will be, and staffing the prosecutors officer. Hell the new lead military lawyer Murphy was the lead DOJ attorney in Hamdan has reemerged as a Colonel in the Navy as lead prosecutor. These guys know they have no cards and must design the game for their own purposes. To date they have lost 30 of 37 habeas cases in federal court which uses the lowest evidentiary standards.
