But yes, Pennsylvania has executed just three people since capital punishment was restored in 1976, all of whom waived their appeals.  This race-card playing maggot who murdered Officer Faulkner will likely die of natural causes long before he gets his due in the death chamber.  So at the very least, he should spend the rest of his life in cage, as such maggots are unfit for remaining in society.</description>

Does that actually mean, that they couldn&#039;t murder Mumia, even if the death penalty on ground of the new Spisak decision was to be upheld up until the USSC?</description>
