Rep. Dennis Kucinich, D-Ohio is co-sponsor of H.R 676, a single-payer amendment included in the healthcare reform bill. In a recent discussion about the amendment, Kucinich said the month of August should be about redoubling every effort at the state level to show people that only through a single payer system can healthcare costs be controlled.
