I really hope that everyone watching this is not under the impression that this is the general view of Christians within our country. I am a Christian and I voted for Obama, support public health care, and have more then five teeth. I post this comment to let you know that people that truly follow the teachings of Christ are about love and when you see people acting and speaking in the ways we see in this video they are so far from showing love in my view. I don’t even understand how people that are to be of love could be against health care for everyone. I don’t even think you need to “deserve” health care to get it. We already provide health care to our nations worst offenders in prisons but these people can’t love an under paid worker or their children. What kind of love is this that they are showing? To me it’s simply not love. It’s simply not people of God. Our president is clearly a man of love and peace. People need to wake up and support progress.

I really fail to see how you came to the conclusion that those students at USM were not intelligent. A few of the freshman students talked like teenagers, several of the people also spoke with what would be considered a black dialect. All of the comments were about how happy they were that Obama won, there was no policy of any kind discussed to make any determinations of how wonky any of them were.
You might want to think long and hard about your racist feelings.

I don’t think any amount of editing could have changed the way these people answered the quesions. They are just confused, and counted on their trusted news representative to teach them, instead of learning about the situation on their own. Lesson to be learned: people need to think for themselves, and obviously be very suspicious of sensationalist, mob-mentality events planned by Glen Beck, one of the most irresponsible morons in a sad position to abuse what influence and powers of persuasion he has on the American populous.
charlie well this of course is biased. you can’t do anything wthout having a bias. and this video probably DOES cut out good ideas and show the worst people there. but still the fact remains that there are those kind of people out there. there are tons of them. people that wont take the time to check up on what is going on in the country. those people that will blindly follow anything told to them by someone they respect or follow something they hear. i’m not sayint they are dumb or stupid or anything. they are uneducated in the sense that they wont take their freaking time to check out what is actually going on with bills and issues they say are bad when they dont know much about it. there are people there that know what they are talking about an have good ideas. but there are still these kinds of people shown that everyone should worry about.

I count 20 people who expressed views in this report. So does anyone really think these are the only Less-informed or extreme believers out of 80,000? If so, you are assuming that either this two man crew interviewed all 80000 or they have an uncanny ability to find the 0.025% that would give them what they want on camera. Im sure they did talk to some who could express their views more succinctly, or who were just better informed, and some who were less scary, so maybe they edited them out. How many do you think they could actually get to talk on camera? Remember this is a two man crew with probably little to no budget. Maybe a few hundred if they worked their butts off.
Clearly people are not just ignorant, but how no basis for their ideas. When did America become parrots; they just repeat information that they have no idea what it means. It doesn’t matter whether you’re Replubican, Democratic, Christian, Muslim or any other variety of background, you should know what you’re protesting for. I think everyone one of these people should be handed a dictionary, a history book, and any other educational material that enlightens them. I’ve heard comments that maybe we should be looking more at an educational reform than health reform. After looking at this video, I completely agree! Haven’t we been humiliated enough in the last eight years? Americans are the laughing stock of the world and it’s no wonder why. People need to stop repeating random and inaccurate information and actually do some research and learn to speak!

Obama admitted that such a plan is exactly his goal here. And here is a non-partisan study confirming that ObamaCare will indeed destroy free market health care, leaving us with no other options but government-run care.
5) “Under the reform we’re proposing, if you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor. If you like your health care plan, you can keep your health care plan.”
The Congressional Budget Office estimated that 10 million workers would be forced out of their employer-based coverage and into government health care by this bill.
4) “So the intention…was to give people more information so that they could handle issues of end-of-life care when they’re ready, on their own terms. It wasn’t forcing anybody to do anything…And somehow it’s gotten spun into this idea of ‘death panels.’”
House Republicans, patient advocates, and conservative publications have repeatedly highlighted the specific parts of the bill that would in fact force seniors into counseling sessions that pressure them to stop burdening the system.
Obama’s own Chief of Staff, Rahm Emanuel, has openly admitted that Obama’s “vague promises of savings from cutting waste, enhancing prevention and wellness, installing electronic medical records and improving quality are merely ‘lipstick’ cost control, more for show and public relations than for true change.” The real savings come from rationing care. ObamaCare will have panels modeled after Britain’s system, which cuts costs by denying care to the sick and elderly.

Obama admitted that this was how his health care scam would be funded. He has proposed $313 billion in cuts to Medicare and Medicaid to pay for this.

At least the older lady, when told about the Czars, straightened up and said “I’m learning alot I didn’t know about the Republican Party.” Unlike the older man who straightened up and said “You know this how?” I’m all for these people getting together and demonstrating against what they perceive as a gross encroachment of government. But it makes me smile that this kid and his camera man were able to enlighten at least one zombie to the fact that their political party is as dirty as the other.
While yes, people that answered smartly were edited out, 10 minutes worth of footage is more than enough. The edited snippets on most news channels run 2-3 minutes long, and if you’re lucky, 5-6.
No matter what you could say about the editing, there is still one hilariously ironic hypocrisy. You see all these people talking about independence, when they can’t seperate socialism from facism(2 opposite viewpoints), can’t answer simple questions, and wouldn’t be motivated to tastelessly protest right after the memorial of a major atrocity if it weren’t for the smear campaigns of Glenn “Der Fuhrer” Beck.
Glenn Beck, Bill O’Reilly, and Faux News are actually worse than the people they compare Obama to, since they would be out of a job if any sort of stability was achieved in this world, since inciting hatred is what gets them attention. BTW, I’m not quite an Uber-liberal. I believe we can’t simply say “republicans are assholes”, meaning we need to point out the difference between the republican party of now and the republican party of 50 years ago. Just like I don’t believe capitalism say 30-40 years ago wasn’t evil, but I do believe deregulated capitalism(or corporatism) is evil. However, most people don’t know the difference, so I would prefer socialism over modern capitalism any day of the week.

After reading ALL of the postings, it is clear that people have selective memories. Bush and Obama aren’t the only presidents that have been called names. BTW – Dirty and hidden political agendas go back all the way to Washington (our first president). It is unfortunate that our country runs this way, but it won’t change just because everyone screams at each other. What bothers me is that people in America can’t see that president OBAMA has been blamed for issues that started long before he ever stepped into his position. More importantly, no one questioned president Bush about his religious background or whether he was really born in the US. If these people truly care about our country and what happens to our health care problems, education, social security, or just think about our KIDS. What future do they have? I was so proud to be an American when we voted for person with integrity. However, remember he is also a politician and as history serves right 100% of our presidents lied too. But some of those presidents also helped our country to be a more civilized world. A world where we don’t go around burning crosses on people’s front yards, we don’t use humans as slaves, we don’t get abortions in alleys, women can vote. Yes, this all happened during more trying times than we’re in today and with politicians that have lied. Let’s try to keep our focus on the important issues and not where our president came from, what color his skin is or what religion he practices. Lastly, please be a positive role model for your children and STOP listening to self-served media people. Media distorts the truth for ratings and money.
