Couple this with the myriad violations of other public safeguards and disregard for due process, the right of habeas corpus, public contract procurement process, the Geneva Convention, laws about outing undercover agents for political revenge and these guys pretty much wadded up what was right and just and tossed it in favor of corporate gain, and Fascist control. Two historically complementary outrages. Considering that much of this occurred in wartime--albiet a contrived and poorly executed war-- they should be allowed to experience the capital consequences that they themselves promote for such blatant and arrogant treason.
