Since then I have had to retire early because of my hearing problem. I lost my hearing in May 1968. I have had a lot of problems keeping jobs because of my hearing. I finally got a job with the postal service in 1990 and worked my way up to post master in 2002. But because my hearing got so bad I couldn't hear on the telephone very well I had to retire after 18 years. My retirement pension after paying insurance and taxes is less than $200 a month. I have had a lot of problems trying to find out where I stand in the appeal process. Could you help me. I know every one is busy and I appreciate that but I have been waiting 2 1/2 years and I am getting a little short on money.
