This doesn't make sense. They must know the US Federal courts will set them free and Military Commission trials will be unconstitutional. Hasn't the Justice Department been crazy to spend this kind of time and money on attempting to convict people on hearsay or no evidence? I still believe there is an unknown reason they want to hang onto these guys. This is all way too unreasonable. Perhaps Fayiz can tell us one day.
