He was a pretty good aim with a bomb too. It very well may be that he became an anti-war activist because of the guilt he carried.
Louis, you need to start asking why Obama hasn't lived up to his campaign promises to get us out of Iraq and close Gitmo. In fact, now we're in Afghanistan... and it's only been a year.

Obama! Where is Thy Hammer to Smash the Skulls of these Criminals?

It has been a year and the criminals still walk, as bold as cockroaches in the daylight.

They had, (of their own free will), swore brave oaths to destroy those that had fallen upon us and devoured our innocents. Oaths that were hollow, words spoken to release the locks upon armory and treasury. In times past, the cost for failing your oath was your honor, your riches, your life.

Dishonor upon George W. Bush whose name when spoken, brings cause to spit. Hereafter to be called W.

A first charge upon his Captain Cheney
Did hound and compel the facts given by America's Agencies to be pleasing and reinforce the visions of his master W.

A second charge upon his Captain Cheney
To make trash of facts, and after finding them trash, burying them deeply beyond quick discovery.

A third charge upon his Captain Cheney
At every avenue, and upon any person cursed with integrity, did seal away witness, and enable his actions with the false use of secrecy oaths.

From these beginnings the stage was set,
W moved his grisly baton,
the grand music begun,
music that drifted to the fallen, far below,
and fell upon rough ears in halls of gory glory,
the music was a sweet reveille.

And thank you for this. Zinn's American History should be required reading for anyone who wants to claim even a thimble full of knowledge about America or who offers any pretensions about being 'educated.' He wrote superbly but he did better: he Testified. He never got the credit and attention he deserved and we ALL know why that is. He was a superb and passionate writer, a great American (a TRUE patriot), and a noble human being.
