Torture is unlawful, illegal and a war crime. That ship has already sailed. If this administration does not clean up that stain, then no one can. Promises made are promises to be broken... all in the name of what, "keeping us safe?" What about when our troops are taken prisoner - oh, I see, we expect them to be treated humanily? If the U.S. has a “torture” program, then by all defintions, is is already ILLEGAL.
