To many people with their hands in the mix for an effective investigation. When has beating handcuffed prisoners become heroic? This has cost the military the Geneva Convention, the DOJ the Convention's Against Torture, and the CIA what was left of its reputation.

In other news, the DOJ claims if given its dream "Commission" system it's currently designing, it might get 25 convictions. 9 out of 10 prosecutors at the "Commissions agree" "if you need to pad your number, we've got a system for you; but hurry while time last's, otherwise the federal judges will release all the cases for lack of evidence justifying detention on the "some' evidence standard.

To date DOJ has lost 28 of the 33 cases brought before various federal judges in the Habeas proceedings .
