If that is not the way our Democracy has died. By the by, why is it that Cheney and Bush do not want thorough investigations if they are so proud of their torture program or pogroms? Why on 9.12 did they wish to supress the investigation and cart off the remains to NJ shores instead of go through every piece of debris looking for clues to the anything to tell us about the "terrorists". How bout cause it was all a big fat LIE, all the intel was made up, terror alerts were made up and most the world thinks Bush did this with Cheney to start wars to profit a few at the expense of thousands of US Soldiers and Millions of Victims worldwide who have been killed or displaced because of wars of LIES, or War Crimes. War Crimes are Jus Cogens and thus no laws or non law "memo's" can be made to usurp them, no pardons can be granted without the Pardoner becoming a War Criminal too. Another example of a Jus Cogen is slavery, you can't write law to allow slavery to be legal, the very fact that you attempt such is a crime. Other Criminal Codes were violated, International War and Torture Treatises thrased, all for personal joy videos of torture, by War Criminals. Time to Try them and Fry them, the guys who did the actual torture and the guys who ordered it. THe guys who did the torture will be vindicated if they were duped by Cheney and Bush to believe their acts were just and approved. If they were part of the conspiracy to usurp law to torture and wrote memos or lie to the soldiers and Congress well that's Treason and in this country you can hang for that.
