As a Vietnam era vet (M.A.C.V.) who was exposed to AGENT ORANGE, and now at 61 years of age have illness I can only associate to my exposure to A.O….my heart goes out to those of you who have served in the GULF, and are now having debilitating illnesses related to your exposure to known and unknown agents. Some of the GULF vets received the ANTHRAX vaccination. The ANTHRAX vaccinations that were given by the D.O.D. were experimental. SQUALENE (MF59) was used as an ADJUVANT in the ANTHRAX vaccinations. Those of you who received the ANTHRAX vaccination were at best human GUINEA PIGS! MF59 was an unapproved ingredient and has been linked to the DEVASTATING AUTO IMMUNE DISEASE known as THE GULF WAR SYNDROME! In October of 2004 SQUALENE (MF59) was FEDERALLY BANNED because of its link to the GULF WAR SYNDROME. The currant h1n1 (swine flu) vaccinations will have SQUALENE and THIMEROSAL as ADJUVANTS! THIMEROSAL contains MERCURY. MERCURY is the 2nd. most naturally occurring TOXIN known to man. URANIUM is 1st. The vaccine manufacturers can use these ADJUVANTS with impunity; you cannot sue them nor the federal government for any side effects you or your loved ones might incur…even death….reason being is that a pandemic had been declared. THIMEROSAL was FEDERALLY BANNED in 1998 because of its direct link to AUTISM and other NEURODEVELOPMENTAL disorders in children, and birth defects in women. In 1980 AUTISM affected 1 out of every 10,000 children. Today AUTISM affects 1 out of every 150 children> these statistics come from THE NATIONAL INSTITUTES OF HEALTH. I wrote the story. Veterans are not just wounded or sick from DU shrapnel! They are sick from inhaling DU munitions dust which stays in the body for over 20 years! Roger is a proponent of inhaling DU because he says nothing happens when you do so!

There far more to the proximate cause(s) and effect(s) of Gulf War Illness Roger.

To state “None of those veterans is sick either” is an unprovable absolute statement. Just because something is not seen does not mean it does not exist.

Take, for example, Fibromyalgia. It is an internal chemical based ill condition, much like Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is; as well as PTSD, primary insomnia, depression, anxiety…so on and so forth.

Just because you cannot see an injury of war, doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist.

And unless you are a medical doctor with an academic pedigree and experience in the specific field(s), you simply cannot state for a fact (i.e. medical certainty) that those veterans of the first GW hit with DU shrapnel are not sick.

“Former Reporter” is the operative word for Williams who no longer looks at this issue with the eye of a reporter and has moved to the role of public relations agent (or propagandist) for the anti-depleted uranium crusade. As a reporter, he would seek out fact and rigorously screen out speculation. Williams now pushes unfound speculation beginning with his direct involvement with a claimed victim of DU who in her formal testimony says she “thinks she was exposed to DU” but has provided no sound rationale for having done so and has presented no evidence that DU has anything to do with her alleged symptoms. She did, however, convince the Connecticutt legislature and they were to send me a copy of her testimony so that I can vet it with genuine experts on the effects of uranium overdoses on humans. An overdose of uranium can be toxic, but this requires a large amount of uranium in soluble salt form, something that does not exist as a result of war time use of depleted uranium kinetic energy penetrators. There is ample evidence that DU has harmed neither environment nor population in the Balkans. The UN Environment Programme Post Conflict Branch sent three international scientific teams to the Balkans and analyzed their samples at Swiss and other analytical laboratories. The results are shown in three lengthy photo illustrated reports. The report on Bosnia-Herzegovina is the last of the three. Page 32 of that report shows a 30mm DU penetrator still completely enshrouded by its aluminum jacket – the DU has not been exposed to the environment. I suggest that anyone who is actually interested in learning about DU read this report and then challenge Dennie Williams to read it himself. I also challenge him to read the report about over 1700 veterans who were tested for DU with three (that’s right, three (3), not 300, but three each) positive results and each of those veterans still carries DU shrapnel from friendly fire incidents in the Gulf War within their body. None of those veterans is sick either. How do you account for that Dennie?
